Provides the option to allow the user to choose which tab window is to be displayed on Screen Pop. Also provides the option to Screen Pop to either the 'New History' window or 'New Note' window within ACT!. There are known issues with the ACT! v21 API. v22 of ACT! has resolved these issues, therefore it is recommended that users upgrade to v22 or higher

Performance will then be determined by a number of additional factors including network speed and application API specification.
