Notes & advisories
Support available for EMIS Web located in England only, (Scotland Wales and Northern Ireland are not supported). Integration features are limited to the "Home" and "Mobile" telephone number fields and will not work with the "Work" telephone number field. Please note, Installer must be a Mondago Select Installer partner.Please be aware this version does not currently support Auto / Manual Screen Pop
If the integration supports caching, please note that cached integrations support up to 30,000 contacts. The live mode method would need to be used for larger directories. Performance will then be determined by a number of additional factors including network speed and application API specification.
