SMS is billed by segment, not simply by the number of messages typed. Longer messages and some characters can use multiple segments. A failed-message fee of $0.0010 applies to each message with a Failed status. TCR fees also apply. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Random network mix
Generate an illustrative random split of whole messages, not market-share data. Every message is counted exactly once; a network may receive zero messages.
Carrier rates vary by message type, direction and network, so a random mix can change your estimated cost. Switching SMS/MMS or direction keeps the same message allocation for a like-for-like comparison.

Estimate includes base usage and carrier surcharges for the selected message type and direction only. Excludes other message types and the opposite direction, subscription charges, failed-message fees, TCR fees, taxes and any account-specific additional fees. Amounts retain up to four decimal places to show sub-cent fees; actual billing and carrier mix may differ. No messages are sent and no data is saved by this calculator.
