Notes & advisories
On older versions of Exact Globe (Next), there was a feature called 'Hot Keys / Function Keys', which allowed keyboard shortcuts to different menus. This functionality allowed us to automatically open contacts.However, this "Hot Keys / Function Keys" feature has been changed in newer versions of Exact Globe, meaning we currently cannot support Screen Popping.
If the integration supports caching, please note that cached integrations support up to 30,000 contacts. The live mode method would need to be used for larger directories. Performance will then be determined by a number of additional factors including network speed and application API specification.
