Notes & advisories
Credentials required for the add-in will need to be obtained from Sagitta before installation can take place. Searching by name in the address book does not work for contacts, and companies is case sensitive (restriction of the API). Advanced searching in the address book does not work i.e. town/email. Screen popping is not possible. Advanced searches do not work.
If the integration supports caching, please note that cached integrations support up to 30,000 contacts. The live mode method would need to be used for larger directories. Performance will then be determined by a number of additional factors including network speed and application API specification.
