This integration uses Open CTI, and is supported in Essentials, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions of Salesforce.Requires configuration within Salesforce call centre and UC ClientThis integration must be used in Salesforce Lightning Experience, and users need to be logged in to Salesforce and have it running to use this integration.Due to a limitation of the API, when searching the Address Book by Contact name, the Telephone number is not returned.Due to a limitation of the API, only the Contact Name, Telephone number and ID (to pop the contact) are shown on the Preview Window.
